Quang Hai Ngo

Graduating from the Hanoi Cinematography University before turning to acting, Quang Hai has become one of Vietnam’s most respected leading actors. Taken under the wing of director Tran Anh Hung (The Scent of the Green Papaya, Cyclo) in the 1990s, Quang Hai has been concentrating on rounding out his filmmaking skills and seems as adept behind the camera as he is in front of it. Pao's Story marks his directorial debut.
